Three equipment working principle
The labeling of the automatic flat labeling machine is based on the principle of adhesion and compliance to complete the entire labeling action. When the product runs on the conveyor belt to the label peeling plate, the product detection photoelectric sensor is triggered to give a start signal, the traction motor runs, the label is peeled off the label backing paper, and the label is pasted on the product through the labeling delay set in the system Above, when the gap between the label and the label passes through the label detection sensor, the label detection sensor automatically gives a stop signal. At this time, one labeling cycle is completed, and the cycle goes back and forth to complete all labeling output.
Four check before starting
⑴ First, place the equipment on the overall level field, and hold the 4 leg cups tightly.
⑵ Check whether the power supply position inside the equipment is a 3-hole socket, whether it is well grounded, and whether the voltage is AC220V.
⑶ Check the inside of the electrical box of the equipment, whether the relay is loose during the transportation of the equipment, whether the optical fiber of the sensor is loose, and whether the screws of the photoelectric bracket are tightened.
⑷ Check whether the overall appearance of the equipment is bruised, whether there are any screws that have fallen loose during the shipment, and manually shake the main board back and forth to see if it shakes.
Five touch frequency button function and emergency stop switch and power switch
(1) Emergency stop switch and power switch
After the equipment is tested, plug in the power cord and press the button marked as the power switch on the switch box on the left side of the conveyor belt. At this time, the power indicator light in the middle of the switch box lights up and is green (blue). The touch screen lights up, and the exhaust fan on the side of the chassis is running. The emergency stop switch is used for emergency shutdown during equipment production.
